REFUND POLICY:

Conference registration refunds, less a 50% cancellation fee, may be obtained before April 15, 2013. PLEASE NOTE: registration fees WILL NOT be refunded after April 15, 2013. Backspace reserves the right to cancel this seminar without penalty, its liability limited to a refund of registration fees except upon the invocation of the Force Majeure clause below.

Force Majeure: Should events beyond Backspace’s control, including but not limited to strikes, Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), government intervention, terrorism, or civil disturbances prevent Backspace from holding this conference, such non-performance is excused without further liability of any nature. In no event shall Backspace be liable for consequential damages of any nature for any reason whatsoever.
