Writers House is a well-established agency with a broad client list of illustrious writers. I've worked here for almost two years, and have now begun taking on clients of my own. I'm looking for good, transportive fiction, especially historical; and I am drawn to stories with strong heroines. I also like literary, YA, romance, memoir, self-help, inspirational, narrative nonfiction, and stories focused on people at the edges of society. Some of my favorite writers include Emma Donoghue, Diana Wynne Jones, Jean Rhys, Thomas Wolfe, Haruki Murakami, Margaret Atwood, Adrien LeBlanc, John McPhee and Bill Bryson.
