Paul Cirone

paul cironePaul Cirone is an agent at The Friedrich Agency where he represents best-selling author, Leif Enger, who’s PEACE LIKE A RIVER (Grove/Atlantic) was a Book Sense finalist.

He started his career at the Aaron Priest Agency apprenticed to Molly Friedrich. Two and half years ago Molly formed her own agency, where he now agents full time, and acts as the foreign rights director.

Among his clients are: Phoebe Damrosch, author of SERVICE INCLUDED: Four Star Secrets of An Eavesdropping Waiter (Morrow), which was one of the NY Times Notable Books of 2008; Josh Sundquist, author of a memoir to be released by Viking, January 2010 called JUST DON’T FALL, David Valdez Greenwood author of THE RHINESTONE SISTERHOOD, coming out by Random House May 2010, and AMERICAN HISTORY: REVISED by Mike Morris, coming out by Broadway Books, also 2010; and Bo Cladwell, who won Best Book of 2001 from the L.A. Times for her debut, THE DISTANT LAND OF MY FATHER.
